CLASSIC MARBLE & STONE

HOME

Our process. A marriage of science and art.

Once your base cabinets or other supporting structures have been installed—and you’ve made your choice from the broad collection of materials we offer—our skilled team will take all the necessary measurements. These measurements are absolutely crucial; there’s little margin for error. That's why we’re so diligent as we measure, accounting for overhangs, rough openings, centerlines, fixtures, or any other variables.

Our skilled craftsmen will then study the measurements to determine how to make the best use of your chosen material. The measurements are then uploaded into one of our computer-assisted diamond-blade or water-jet saws, which make the necessary cuts with great precision. All the edges are then machine-milled to create the profile you’ve selected. Special edge details are then created by machine or by our stone artisans—or, in some cases—by both man and machine.

If you want to add an especially personal touch to your natural stone, there’s no limit to what our skilled craftsmen can do, including hand etching, carved logos, intricate edging, and the integration of other materials, such as glass and metal.

Whether or not you opt for additional handcrafting, the result of  our process is always the same—an amazing new look that says you are a person of discerning taste, a person who’s made a very wise investment in the value of your home or business.

What we do. The old and the new.

At Classic Marble & Stone we combine leading-edge technology and old-world craftsmanship to fashion countertops, fireplace surrounds, flooring, wall tiles, windowsills, and other surfaces and decorative touches out of natural stone.

Technology speeds up the process—old-fashioned craftsmanship gives your natural stone that special look you want.
While most of our work involves creating and installing new marble, granite, and quartz surfaces, our artisans also replace or refurbish “antique” pieces of marble and granite, such as those that have been used to create distinctive furniture. Ask us about this.

Again, give us a call at (260) 639-3872 to schedule an appointment to tour our facility. Or just stop by and visit our showroom, where you’ll find a great number of material samples and a model kitchen.

To really experience the magnificence of natural stone, though, you should check out the large inventory of full slabs of marble, granite, and quartz that we always have on hand. Seeing these beautiful materials as full slabs will help you choose the material and color that’s right for you. Members of our helpful staff will show you all your options.

Our inventory changes daily, but we always have a very large selection in house. If we don’t currently have the particular look you’re seeking, we’ll help you find it.
